Modus Operandi Services is able to provide short and long term solutions to any labour requirements you might have. The service can be run in one of two ways.

OPTION 1

Labour is supplied to the client as with any other recruitment agency. Simply supply the operative who remains under full control of the client throughout.

OPTION 2

This service can help assist take additional workload from the client. For example, rather than just simply sending a candidate to the client, Modus Operandi Services would visit the site themselves, recruit for the positions, carry out the interviews and assist with getting the candidate started on day one. Following this, Modus Operandi Services would be at hand for additional support in terms of helping to assist with any issues that came up in their day to day role.
